FAQ

Q: When I sign up for a specific class day and time, do I have to remain in that class for the entire semester? What if naptimes change?

A: We work with kids- we understand that naps change, schedules change...and we do our best to accomodate that. As long as you let us know you'd like to change classes (and there is space in the class you'd like to move into), you are welcome to switch.

Q: I am registered in the curent semester. Do I have to reserve Open Play? Are there a limit to the number of sessions I can attend?

A: If you are registered in a class in our current semester, there is no limit to the amount of Open Play sessions you attend, and no need to reserve!

Refunds

All refund requests must be submitted to Elliott's Classes in writing in person or via email by the third week of the current semester. Refunds are subject to a grace period from the day your request is received. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Requests made after the third week of the semester will be issued a class credit lasting one calendar year.

Cancellations for all classes will be charged a $100 cancellation fee and charges will also be incurred for all classes (those attended and not attended) prior to the formal refund request.

Birthday parties are not refundable.

Class Reservation, Make-Up & Cancellation Policies

Make-up classes are provided for your age appropriate class per semester and must be scheduled ahead of time. No make-ups will be permitted during the first and last week of the semester. You cannot make-up a make-up class.

Reservations are required for all classes that are not designated as a student's "homeroom" by calling, texting, or e-mailing. Without a reservation, you may be turned away from class.

If you make a reservation for a class and you do not attend or call to cancel, you will not receive a make-up for that class. If you do not attend and do not cancel your weekly "homeroom" class, you will not receive a make-up for that class. Unlimited students who make weekly reservations will forfeit the opportunity to request more than one class at a time if they do not attend and neglect to call and cancel.

If a class is full and you requested a reservation, you will be placed on a waiting list. Spots are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We will contact you if your request becomes available and you will have 24 hours to respond before your spot is offered to the next student on the list.

Make up classes roll over to the next semester if you enroll for the following semester. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.

Attire

Children should dress in comfortable play clothing. Crocs are not permitted.

Gymnastics - Barefoot with the exception of summer classes in the parks.

Safety & Sickness

All classes with the exception of our pre-school alternative program require the presence of a parent/guardian.

If your child has an allergy that requires medication or an epipen, they must have those supplies available.

We are a device free school. We ask that during class your refrain from texting or answering the phone unless it is an emergency. You may step out in this case. You are still welcome to take pictures.

Children who have a runny nose that is not clear is asked to not attend class until it has run clear for 24 hours. A child with a fever is asked to not attend class until they no longer have a fever for 24 hours. A make-up will happily be issued upon class cancellation.

Elliott's Classes is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.
