Registration

Refer to our website to select the class of your choice. Early registration is strongly advised as classes tend to fill up quickly. Payments can be made in full using cash (in person only), personal check or all major credit cards. A confirmation email will be sent following payment. An up-to-date particiption form signed by a parent or guardian is required for students to participate in class.

Refunds

All refund requests must be submitted to Elliott's Classes in writing in person or via email by the third week of the current semester. Refunds are subject to a grace period from the day your request is received. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Requests made after the third week of the semester will be issued a class credit lasting one calendar year.

Cancellations for all classes will be charged a $100 cancellation fee and charges will also be incurred for all classes (those attended and not attended) prior to the formal refund request.

Birthday parties are not refundable.

Discounts & Promotions

A 10% discount is offered for siblings; the discount will be applied to the lower priced of the two classes. $20 referral credits will be awarded for each new student you refer; referrals must mention your name when applying for the credit to be applied.

Discounts/coupons cannot be combined.

Class Reservation, Make-Up & Cancellation Policies

Make-up classes are provided for your age appropriate class per semester and must be scheduled ahead of time. No make-ups will be permitted during the first and last week of the semester. You cannot make-up a make-up class.

Reservations are required for all classes that are not designated as a student's "homeroom" by 5 p.m. on the evening prior to the requested class. Without a reservation, you may be turned away from class. We will only contact you if the class is unavailable.

If you make a reservation for a class and you do not attend or call to cancel, you will not receive a make-up for that class. If you do not attend and do not cancel your weekly "homeroom" class, you will not receive a make-up for that class. Unlimited students who make weekly reservations will forfeit the opportunity to request more than one class at a time if they do not attend and neglect to call and cancel.

If a class is full and you requested a reservation, you will be placed on a waiting list. Spots are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We will contact you if your request becomes available and you will have 48 hours to respond before your spot is offered to the next student on the list.

Classes do not roll-over into the next semester, therefore all make-ups must be completed during the current semester No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.

Attire

Children should dress in comfortable play clothing. Crocs are not permitted.

Gymnastics - Barefoot with the exception of summer classes in the parks.

Ballet/Jazz - Ballet slippers, other soft-soled shoes or barefoot.

Safety & Sickness

All classes with the exception of our pre-school alternative program require the presence of a parent/guardian.

If your child has an allergy that requires medication or an epipen, they must have those supplies available.

We ask that cell phones are silenced during classes; you may step outside to take phone calls.

Children showing signs of illness such as runny noses, coughs and fever are asked not to attend class. A make-up will happily be issued.

Elliott's Classes is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.
